By using the contents of the PonteMed Academy, I acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

The documents, training materials, presentations, videos, concepts, processes, downloads, and all other materials provided within the PonteMed Academy are intended solely for my personal and/or internal professional training in the context of my collaboration with PonteMed AG and/or its affiliated companies, unless PonteMed AG expressly identifies specific materials as being intended for use with end customers or patients.

I acknowledge that all content within the PonteMed Academy is the intellectual property of PonteMed AG and is protected by copyright law. Any disclosure to third parties, reproduction, publication, modification, translation, or any other use outside the intended or agreed scope is prohibited without the prior written consent of PonteMed AG, except where PonteMed AG has expressly made specific materials available for such external use.

I understand that PonteMed AG aims to provide knowledge through the Academy in a transparent, high-quality, and practical manner. At the same time, these regulations serve to protect the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the content. Outdated, incomplete, or modified documents may lead to misinformation and therefore must not remain in circulation.

In the event of violations of this agreement, PonteMed AG reserves the right to restrict or revoke my access to the Academy at any time and to consider further legal action.
